The SPF Single port Light Source can output UVA or UVA+UVB. The output intensity is used with an output of  erythema because of the accuracy of results coming from a uniform and stable light source. The output is approximately 20 times the intensity of the sun and accurately simulates the ultraviolet spectrum of the sun. Available with 150W output (10mm spot) or 300W output (14mm spot). An automatic Dose Control System is included to monitor the output and automatically control the delivered dose. It cumulates the amount of UV being outputted and automatically closes a shutter stopping the UV exposure when a preset dose of UV has been reached.
