Cosmetics Europe publication N°26 recommends that CE members and test laboratories begin to familiarize themselves now with Hybrid Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy, HDRS (ISO/CD 23698) to prepare for its final release as an alternative ISO standard to ISO 24444:2019.
